The Tri Tip Saber has made every weekend bbq into a special occasion. When the Saber comes out to carve a fire roasted piece of meat, it turns into a feast and a showcase. Balance is a prevalent theme with the Tri Tip Saber. Visually, the cutting edge has a beautiful, long clean sweeping curve that is backed up by a tough rugged spine with unique artistic raw forge marks. The handle starts with a soft octagonal angularity for excellent blade indexing and flares out seamlessly for maximum control and feels very comfortable in the hand. The weight distribution is nothing short of perfect. It manages to have a solid slicing blade without being too blade heavy. This knife was received with a razor sharp edge and has held its edge very well through several rounds of bbq. It will last far beyond my lifetime and I couldn’t be happier with this knife! This was an anniversary present from my wife and all she said was “we like to bbq” and Cameron made the perfect knife.

If you are looking for an insanely quality blade or you're a knife collector, then Cameron Alarcio Knives is a place you need to check out. Cameron forged an all-purpose camp knife for me and it is now a staple in my camping essentials. It's so incredibly robust, it's crazy. I use this knife for so many different tasks, it's a joke how much easier camping has become thanks to this one tool. The high-carbon steel is impeccable. Now, I haven't even mentioned his craftsmanship. The handle is so eloquently done, it's a marvel to look at. Another thing to marvel at, is the lifetime warranty. The warranty puts me at so much ease and is also lesson in knife care. Cameron provides you will all the knowledge you need to take care of the knife and understand how it's made.
