TEXTURE - You ever heard of it!?
I love texture. I love actual texture and I love the look of a textured surface that isnt actually textured. Few iron-based products show texture as well as good ol fashioned 1800's wagon wheel made of wrought iron. The problem with wrought iron is that it doesn't make for a very good knife. But, when combined with a high carbon core, it makes a great cladding material.
