This was a knife that I had a lot of fun designing, but less fun building. The veggies are actually electro-chemically etched onto the knife. A process I thought would be fairly simple, but ended up being a pain. I first made a stencil, then used that stencil to etch the designs into the blade. Although the process wasn't my favorite, the result will help you stay healthy. Nothin' like a sharp knife to help prep for a good meal.
